01 FEED Providers drop CSVs on pooled SFTP, routed by dealer ID - a vehicle absent from its drop is removed the same cycle.
02 TRUTH Every drop archives content-addressed to R2; feed facts and human edits meet in the referee - nothing overwrites silently.
03 EDGE The projection ships as prerendered pages and a Worker API on Cloudflare; vehicle writes fan out rebuilds.
